Hellway at eway!!!
Here it goes again, the feeling of tiredness and sadness... It's killing me!!!! God of all God! save me!!!. i don't know what, went wrong.... when i start my work here at eway, i got so excited.. I even arrived early to the office, but now, i lost my enthusiasms,,,, i woke up every day, just thinking that i have to go to work for the salary and i hate that thought!! because, for me the essential to succeed in you're work is to ENJOY WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!!
I don't want to resign yet.... i want to finish my contract here, i want to proved that i can survive with different issues. I want to leaved with an experience that i can bring for a lifetime. Some of my friend told me that i don't deserved to work here, because it will make me stagnant... i will not grow. True enough I don't grow here, But i have principles in life, i want to proved something...
And now...... I feel that my friends are right...... TO HELL WITH EWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

punyeta wine mix
yesterday, my friend for naga called me to share some wine mix perfect for a house party. hehehehe ( his name is niño a bar tender from naga city ) actually i'm waiting for his call because were going to have a little reunion of my college 'tropa" in our house.
"punyeta mix" -
1 1/2 shot of rhum
1/2 shot of gin
average dose of sweeteners ( 4 seasons iced tea is the best!)
tonic water ( sprite is the best alternative)
i already try this mix, and i looooooovedddddd it!!!! the taste is yummy!! like youre just drinking some soda!

Hi there my friends...
actually i dont know what to write today, ( my thought were blown by the storm yesterday! :) ).
hmmmm... its really really cold yesterday all i just curled up in my bed like a fetus. I just enjoying the comfort and warm of my bed. Theena keep on saying that i should continue what i wrote last time ( Bluedevil 101 'fathers day")
Sorry ate but i'm not ready yet, to tell you honestly im not so sure if i have to write here regularly. I'm afraid that someone who knew me will read my blog. And i hate confrontation and long explanation. To tell you honestly i feel like you dont deserved me to read your blog. because i just being too unfair to you. I want also to share my life here, who I am, and what makes a real me. I have a lot of things to say about me, all the pain and sufferings that i been thru, all the experiences that i gained, and all the happiness in my life.
But im really sorry, I just,.... not ready yet. Dont worry time will come you will read here the whole life of raffy yap. ......

Hi There, its me again.... long time no post. hehehehhe
Well just want to share my thoughts regarding the new office policy that our HR gave.
1. uniform
- I hate uniform! I wear uniforms from age of 6 to 23. and now this company ( Hellway!!, Thats what i called my company) hehehehe Its just that i dont want to wear uniform again.... as in all over again.... hais.... ok this is the story....
we will have a uniform from monday to friday, and it will varies from 4 different coloer for each day. Imagine that!!! it sucks!!!! what about the freedom to wear you're comfortable dress......
2. Time
- as of this date our working hours is 6:30am t0 4:30 pm monday to thursday and 6;30 to 3:30 on friday. They want to chage it to 6:30 to 4:18 mon - fri. Hais......
3. Lunch time
- this is what i hate at all, because, i think there think as like a prison with this. We have a lunch break of 1 hour. the new policy state that we have to log in and out exactly on our schedule
like if you log out on 10:30am you can log back at 11:30am. but now even if you log out on 10:30 you have to go back at exactly 11. if the time exceeded you will charged as late!

2 days akong di nkapag sulat. heheheh ( parang diary ko na to ha. heheheh)
anyway, i'm trying to stop smoking. And my GOD!!! i cant do it!! saturday i tried not to smoke for a day. and I win!! yes!! hehehhe pero di biro ang dinanas ko, habang hinahanap hanap ko ang yosi dinadaan ko n lng sya sa tulog... at sa sobrng pagka hook ko, yosi ksagad anh hinanap ko pagkagising ko. sunday, almost bedtime na pero ayon naka isang stick pa din ako. pero at least from sat-sun isang stick lng ang na hithit ko.
Monday ang daming demonyo sa tabi na nagsusulsol n mag yosi ako. huhuhuhu kaya ko to. hehehhe. sa toto lng gusto ko ng itigil to, kasi humina ang resistensya ko eh, kaya pipilitin kung alisin sa katawan ko to. alam kung mahirap pero sana makaya. as of today 2 sticks na ang nahit hit ko. hopefully last n un for this day. ( wish me luck!!! )

Kamusta n po? Sorry nagmamadali ako last time, you know nman "workkaholic ako" ( nag wowork for alcohol) hehehe. I just read the blog of my friend Theena. Thank you sa pambobola, ( isang white mocha lng katapat hehehe). Well, i'm a frank person I say what i want to say. kahit n below the belt na ang mga sinasabi ko. Pero marunong nman ako mag sorry pag alam kong nagkamali ako.... Ops. ! teka! si Theena ang topic ko ngaun, hehehe. Nbasa ko n rin s wakas ang blog nya. heheheh. and hindi ko alam kung "mid-life" crisis nga ba ang nararanasan nya nagun o isang kabaliwan.
At may nalalaman p syang william ha. heheheh FOr me ok lng nman ang magkaroon ng mga cruches, normal lng nman un eh. Kasi hindi perfect ang buhay natin, maraming mga bagay na hinahanap ntin na hindi nman makita o anjan n nga pero hindi pwede dahil sa maraming factor. Pero as long as alam ntin ang limitasyos ntin, i think there is nothing wrong.

Independence day!! ( Araw ng kalayaan )
Ewan ko ba kung ano ang nkain ko at sobrang tamad kong mag trabaho ngaun. hais...... as in sobra talaga, ala akong magawa, teka! di ba isa sa mga deadly sin ang katamaran??? ala bng exception sa rules na yun? pano kung talagang tinatamad ka, ung bang feeling mo ayaw mong kumilos at nababato ka s bawat gawin mo?... well ganun ang nararamdaman ko ngaun, kulang n lang ay hilain ko ang oras para mag uwian n.
Nung bago p lng ako sa work, alang oras n tinatamad ako, lahay ng ginagawa ko ay masaya ako. pero ngaun araw n ito, parang umabot n sa sukdulan ang lahat, indi ko na mpilit ang sarili ko n magtrabaho. hais..... buti n lng at meron blogger at least my ginagawa ako n masaya ako.
Isa pang factor kung bakit ako tinatamad magtrbaho. dahil sa manager namin ( CarloD) - theena know this guy as well---. Kaw ba nman san k nkakita ng manager n walang pakialam sa mga tauhan nya. hais..... as in, para bang bahala kayo sa gagawin nyo, pag me problema, tawagan m lmh daw namin sya. Oh di ba san k nman nakakita ng ganoon, kaya sa lahat ng ginagawa ko nangangapa ako, kasi nkakatakot n magkamali. at isa, my bagong trainee sa group namin, hindi man lng ipakilala. nalaman ko n lng ng mag investigate ako. ( ate theena read my blog!)
hais... nakakainis na at nkakatamad tuloy magtrabaho.....

ito ang bukang bibig ng mga officmate ko, esp pag pupunta ng cr, Para bang alternative ito ng "may I go out" ... and for ilang months un ang gigigamit namin na salita, Like "moomy Bham, churvha lng po ako" pero this day, biglang dumami n ang meaning ng word na ito, Churvha- magyoyosi lng, Churva- ETC, churvha - Nakakainis. and many more,,, ( one moment i have a customer on line hehehe )
Where are we?.... ahhh ok the Churva,
