For the pasy few months, Eway dont hear any comments from me. But I think its time to voice out my grief. I know that the company mission is to earn a lot of money, no matter what happened. I'm a managment grad. and I know the rules of a company. But this so cruel....
I remember the svhool day when I asked the DEAN of management if what will she choose..
To see her company earning a lot of money or see her employee grow from scratch to richness.
She said " all employer want to have earn a lot of money, thats the reason they put a business, they need the money to sustain all the expences and also for the feature need of the company. Seeing your staff grow and find thier furtune to the company is a very big achievement for the part of employer. But to manage the both mission, it will take a lot of mind work to balance between the interest of the company an d the interest of the people working for you."
I fully understand her answer.. but sometimes you will feel that your company is just taking advantage of your service. Like in Eway... that change the structure of commision, You have to exceed to your monhtjy quota to get commision, like for me I have a monthly target of $55,000.00 and 1000 new item sold. According to our admin, the explanation for this is that we are paid off by our monthly salary to reach our target. and the excess for this is just an effort thet the company paid. YES.... I do understand it very well... but the thing is, we dont have a same accounts that handling. Like for exmaple the DM-AM they only have a mo. target of $20,000.00 and below and every excess will the multiply by 0.60 , and we are paying with the same mo. salary. Not only that, to compare the work that I'm doing on y account just to reach that fucking target!!! and what I got????? None !!!!! for crting out loud!!! I'm almost lost my sanity to work!! Sourgraping??...... nah????? why should I? I dont have any right to do so, beside "ginusto ko to."
Yeah! Yeah!.... I knoe what are you thinking right now. Why I dont resign? and find a new job?
Well, I have a plan now, if they will not listen to me, then I have no choice but to leave, Eventhough I will missed all my friends there.
And I dont want to ruin my work experiance, by not finishing a work contract.....
